  The main measures are summarized and translated as follows. Chinese citizens intending to come to Colombia are requested to comply with relevant requirements and arrange travel plans reasonably:

1. Country of sailing

  Germany, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Austria, Estonia, Belgium, Finland, Liechtenstein, Portugal, Canada, France, Lithuania, United Kingdom, Denmark, Greece, Luxembourg, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Malta, Sweden, Slovenia, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland.

2. Passenger type

  Citizens and residents of the country of operation can take flights to Colombia from the country of operation.

 3. Entry and exit documents

  (1) Visa: Colombian immigration and consular agencies will not accept visas before September 18, 2020.

  (2) Costa Rica residence permit (DIMEX): Foreign citizens who hold a valid residence permit for Costa Rica and have stayed in the country of departure for at least 14 days can enter the country by flight with the residence permit. Entry is not allowed by land or sea.

Four, pre-departure requirements

  (2) Colombian citizens and residents

  Foreign spouses of Colombian citizens who are not residents of Colombia are regarded as tourists and must meet the above requirements for tourists.

 5. Requirements during the flight

  Passengers must wear masks or face shields during the entire flight at the airport and during the flight, and comply with the airline's other epidemic prevention requirements.

  Passengers who have symptoms related to COVID-19 before boarding will be denied boarding. If symptoms related to new coronary pneumonia occur during the flight, they will be allowed to enter from humanitarian.

Sixth, requirements after arriving

  Tourist: You do not need to be quarantined after arriving. However, if you are diagnosed with new coronary pneumonia during your stay in Colombia, you must undergo a 14-day compulsory quarantine regardless of the number of days in the travel period, and the cost will be paid by insurance.

  Colombian citizens and residents: Regardless of the country of origin, regardless of whether the nucleic acid test result is negative, they must undergo a 14-day home quarantine upon arrival in Colombia. You cannot leave the country before the 14-day quarantine period expires.
