A rainy and cold July has meant that more and more people are applying to the bathhouses in Värmland during the summer holidays and vacations. At Sundstabadet in Karlstad, for the first time they have had to say no to guests who come there when it has been full of visitors.

- In recent weeks, we have had to establish a waiting list due to the covid restrictions so that there are not too many people in the bathhouse, says Felix Kullgren.

The bath has had to make updates several times daily on social media due to being completely inside the bath house. Other bathhouses in Värmland have also noticed that there have been more visitors than usual during the summer.

- We have a little more people than usual when the weather is bad. It has also been Karlstad residents who came here, who called before and asked if there was a place, says Sebastian Andersson, lifeguard at Arvika swimming hall.
