A technical obstacle occurred in the spacecraft'Mas 2020', which is carrying the new Mars exploration rover'Perseverance' in the United States.

NASA issued a statement, saying that "the spacecraft has entered safe mode," and that the spacecraft is currently experiencing technical difficulties and is only operating while maintaining the required systems.

It is not yet known what the'technical problem' is about.

NASA estimated that the cause of the failure was probably because the temperature of some of the spacecraft's hulls was lower than expected when the spacecraft was in the shadow of the Earth.

NASA launched the fifth Mars rover perseverance at Cape Canaveral Air Force Base in Florida.

Perseverance, which is expected to land on Mars next February 18, will be tasked with collecting and storing Mars soil and rocks to determine the existence of Mars life.
