On February 1, 1970, the "Paris Football Club" operation was launched on the waves of Europe No. 1 with Pierre Bellemare behind the microphone. The objective: to convince as many Parisians as possible to join the project or more precisely to pay to become shareholder supporters. In the second episode of the podcast "Associate n ° 1, the birth of a great club in Paris", produced by Europe 1 Studio, Julien Froment tells you about this unprecedented communication operation, a key step for the emergence of the future PSG.

For weeks, the secret was well kept. He is now up. On February 1, 1970, the "Paris Football Club" operation was launched on the waves of Europe No. 1 with Pierre Bellemare behind the microphone. It is an unprecedented and historic communication operation. For the musketeers, this band of players and supporters determined to create a great football club in Paris, the objective is to convince Parisians to become shareholder supporters and to pay 25 francs (the equivalent of 25 euros today ) so that Paris is no longer an orphan.

For the occasion, Europe's n ° 1 radio station succeeds in mobilizing stars: Sacha Distel, Eddie Mitchell, Enrico Macias! Annie Cordy is sent to Saint-Germain-en-Laye, a chic suburb of Paris. There is also Mireille Mathieu who does singing tours rue de la Pompe, in the 16th arrondissement of the capital, tells Julien Froment in the second episode of the podcast "Associate n ° 1, the birth of a great club in Paris", produced by Europe 1 Studio. The operation has everything to be successful ... But not everything will go as planned!
