The Chosun Central Communications reported that "Corporate Choi Ryong-hae understood (recognized) an emergency prevention project in Kaesong City."
Chairman Choi looked around the quarantine guards located in the neighboring area of Kaesong City, looked at the situation of quarantine and carrying goods, and held on-site meetings with officials from the quarantine sector.
