The Nigerian hygiene worker, Soleiat Abdul Karim, gave birth to four twins (two males and two females) prematurely, on July 1, at the Latifa Hospital for Women and Children in Dubai. Her husband, Tijani Adijon Shakro, who works as a chef at a restaurant and whose salary does not exceed 3,000 dirhams per month, was unable to cover the medical expenses.

She pointed out that, due to the incomplete growth of the four twins, they were placed with a "nursery", to receive the necessary medical care, until they reached the appropriate weight and the stability of their health condition, which led to the high treatment bill, reaching about 500 thousand dirhams.

She explained that it is expected that two twins will emerge after a week, after reaching the appropriate weight and stability of their health, and it is expected that their two brothers will join them in the following week.
