The Saudi Ministry of Health announced yesterday that it recorded 29 new deaths from the emerging corona virus, bringing the total deaths in the Kingdom as a result of infection with the virus to 2789 cases, while Kuwait recorded four deaths and 770 new cases of the virus, the Sultanate of Oman announced the registration of nine new deaths in Corona.

In detail, the total number of deaths from the Corona virus in Saudi Arabia rose to 2789, after yesterday it recorded 29 new deaths.

The Saudi Ministry of Health, in a press release, indicated that there were 1,897 new cases of the virus, taking the total number of cases in the Kingdom to 270,831 cases.

The Ministry pointed to the registration of 2,688 new cases of recovery, bringing the total number of people recovered to 225,624 people.

In Kuwait, the Ministry of Health announced yesterday that it recorded four new deaths from the emerging coronavirus, taking the total deaths in the country as a result of "Covid-19" disease caused by the virus to 442.

Yesterday, the spokesperson for the Ministry of Health, Dr. Abdullah Al-Sanad, said that 770 new cases of the virus had been registered, bringing the total number of cases to 65,149 cases.

In Muscat, the Ministry of Health in the Sultanate of Oman announced, yesterday, that nine new deaths were registered with the new Corona virus, bringing the total deaths in the Sultanate to 402 cases.

The ministry said in a press statement on its website, that 846 new cases of the virus were registered, bringing the total number of cases in the country to 77,904 cases.

And in Ramallah, the Palestinian Ministry of Health announced yesterday, registering one death and 481 new infections from the newly created Corona virus during the past 24 hours.

The Ministry reported in its daily report, the high rate of recovery among those infected with Coronavirus to 43.3%, a decrease in the proportion of active infections to 56.1%, and a constant death rate compared to the number of infections at 0.6%.

The ministry stated that the total of active injuries decreased to 7824 injuries, while the total recovery cases increased to 6033, and deaths to 81 cases.

Minister of Health May Alkila told the official Palestinian radio that about 30 to 40% of the population centers in the Palestinian territories are infected with Corona virus.

Al-Kila stated that the casualty index in Hebron Governorate is declining, while in Jerusalem and Qalqilya it is increasing, pointing out that all Palestinian governorates have infected cases. The Palestinian government announced the day before yesterday a comprehensive closure during the first two days of Eid al-Adha, and prevented the transfer between the provinces to combat the outbreak of the Corona virus, while allowing Eid prayers to be performed in public squares.
