According to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Kirov region, they turned out to be two girls of nine and ten years old.
“With the participation of legal representatives, two girls under the age of criminal responsibility (nine and ten years) were questioned,” the statement says.
According to the girls, playing on the evening of July 24 at the fountain, they got wet, after which they decided to warm up and dry their clothes by the Eternal Flame.
“After the remarks made by the older guys about the inadmissibility of such behavior, the girls left,” the police explained.
It is emphasized that after establishing all the circumstances of the incident, the police interrogator "will take a procedural decision in accordance with the Criminal Procedure Code of Russia."
