Njurunda Vårdcentral is today run by the limited company Njurunda Vårdteam AB, whose two owners, Lis-Britt Engberg and Gabriel Mörner, are involved in the business. Now they are negotiating with the online medical company to sell their business.

- In order for the deal to get rid of, Doktor.se needs to be approved as a company by Region Västernorrland. It's done now. Then we will move on to make a business deal with the online doctor company and we are not ready there at all, says Lis-Britt Engberg, CEO and operations manager, Njurunda care center.

But she believes the deal will be completed this summer.

No staff change

According to Lis-Britt, the sale will not mean any changes for either the employees or the patients.

- The health center will be exactly as it is today. The same staff will remain. For those who live in Njurunda and are listed at the health center, the same functions will be available, says Lis-Britt Engberg.

Lis-Britt Engberg believes that patients will have the advantage of being able to reach staff around the clock.

- All staff are informed. They think it will be exciting with something new, says Lis-Britt Engberg.

The current owner remains in the business

After the sale, Lis-Britt Engberg will work for three years as operations manager. Gabriel Mörner will remain for two years as a doctor.
