The penalties imposed through the Executive Council’s decision are to fine and punish every act that results in a disturbance of the natural balance of wildlife in the wild environment in the Emirate of Sharjah, according to the type of violations from soil leveling, damage to vegetation, cutting unused and perennial trees, and disposal of waste from technical and productive processes In wild areas, disposal of construction and demolition waste in wild areas, disposal of wastewater and oils used in sewerage networks, overgrazing, and leaving stray animals without a shepherd.

Overfishing is also violated, killing and harming wild creatures, destroying geological formations, and randomly passing all kinds of vehicles in herbals growth sites, and in sites of environmental importance, in addition to throwing or leaving food, leftovers and barbecue residues in wild areas, and throwing or leaving waste or Dispose of it in any way in the wild areas by its users.

The Crimea is the center of the breeding and subsistence of many animals, in addition to the reserve being the habitat for the oldest mangrove forests in the country, and a vital haven for rare birds and sea turtles.

The authority seeks to protect the environment, natural reserves, wildlife and its biological diversity through conducting scientific studies and research, setting legal and administrative foundations for pollution control, in addition to setting appropriate policies for environmental awareness and education through the publication of educational awareness publications, implementing programs, and launching specialized campaigns in the field of Environmental awareness and education, and support the principle of sustainable development to conserve natural environmental resources, and ensure that they are used for the benefit of the new generation.
