On Sunday, Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky will discuss the conflict over the phone, and there is still disagreement on many issues.

Putin is said to have pointed out that Ukraine's decision to hold regional elections in 2020 goes against the previous peace agreement reached in Minsk. Zelensky said Moscow needed to do more to release Ukrainian citizens detained in eastern Ukraine and Russia.
