Four men surrendered to Marseille police overnight from Saturday to Sunday. They recognized their involvement in the fight that cost the life of a young man aged 25, Saturday morning at the Plain.

This boy died in the fire ambulance. The other passenger in his vehicle is still injured. He could be heard by the police after his operation. This altercation began after a homophobic insult.

The passengers in the second car were quickly identified by the judicial police. "Three men presented themselves to the criminal brigade in the night following the facts", specifies the prosecutor of Marseilles Dominique Laurens. A last man, aged 18, showed up this Sunday at the beginning of the afternoon. He said he was the perpetrator of the stab wounds.

These four individuals explained that they were alcoholic after a night out at a nightclub. "They were referred to the prosecution as part of an opening of information on counts of murder, attempted murder and non assistance to anyone in danger," concludes Dominique Laurens. The prosecution requests that three of them be placed in pre-trial detention.
