A 16-year-old young man died drowning this Monday in an ornamental fountain in the Madrid town of Móstoles when he was sucked into a pipe located in the machinery area , according to Emergencies 112 of the Community of Madrid.
The event occurred around 5:00 pm when a group of young people was bathing in the ornamental fountain located in Finca Liana Park , something that is prohibited.
For unknown reasons, the minors entered the machinery area, where water is most abundant, and one of them was sucked through a pipe.
Friends called 112 and the Móstoles Fire Department released the boy after more than 50 minutes of work .
The minor was in cardiorespiratory arrest and the Summa 112 doctors spent more than 30 minutes trying to resuscitate him, but without success.
A team of psychologists has attended the mother at her home , where they have informed her of the death of her son
