- Usually there are many thousands of visitors on site here, says Björn Kleinhenz who coordinates the work around the Korrö Festival, and gestures towards the empty lawns at Korrö craft village.

Between 12 and 23 on Saturday, the festival will be broadcast live via the festival's website, Youtube and Facebook. The festival will contain several of the elements that it usually makes the audience feel that everything is as usual. Including courses, concerts and dance.

- It's a strange situation - people will be sitting on the other side of the screen and there will be no hustle and bustle here. Creating a community even though we are in different places will be the big challenge. So that everyone can feel included and that they are here even though they are anywhere in the world, says Ulrika Gunnarsson, who will be the host during the broadcast and who has worked around the festival since she was a child.

Special performance

But not all of the festival's elements will be broadcast live. Some performances are recorded prematurely.

- We realized that we will not be able to do eleven hours completely live, so some things are recorded in advance, says Björn Kleinhenz.

SVT was present when one of these performances was recorded. An ensemble consisting of musicians Jonas Åkerlund, Tina Quartey, Miriam Andersén and Anders Löfberg has been given the task of interpreting two fiddlers from the local area - Axel Sjölander and Edith Samuelsson.

- This is the first and perhaps only time it happens. So it feels fun, says Björn Kleinhenz.
