1. The case of Beijing Yuancheng Logistics Co., Ltd. in arrears with labor compensation

  Beijing Yuancheng Logistics Co., Ltd., unified social credit code: 911101157635461838; Address: Dazhuang East Warehouse District, Huangcun Town, Daxing District, Beijing; legal representative: Huang Shiyang.

  On July 23, 2019, the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Daxing District, Beijing received clues to the transfer of cases by relevant departments, reflecting that Beijing Yuancheng Logistics Co., Ltd. has a problem of owed labor remuneration to employees.

  Upon investigation, Beijing Yuancheng Logistics Co., Ltd. owed 71 laborers a total of 1.562 million yuan in labor compensation from January to June 2019. On August 26, 2019, the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Daxing District issued a "Labor Security Supervision Period Rectification Instruction" against the company in accordance with the law, and the company did not make rectification after the deadline. On February 3, 2020, the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Daxing District made an administrative decision on the company in accordance with the law. The company failed to perform it within the time limit and the legal representative fled.

  On May 20, 2020, the Daxing District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau transferred the case to the public security organ for investigation and punishment on suspicion of refusing to pay labor remuneration. Currently, the case is under investigation.

2. Shanxi Province investigated and dealt with the case of Lvliang Jiaxing Coal Co., Ltd. in arrears of labor remuneration

  On December 30, 2019, the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Luliang City, Shanxi Province received a complaint from workers, reflecting that Lvliang City Jiaxing Coal Co., Ltd. has a problem of owed labor remuneration to workers.

  After investigation, Luliang Jiaxing Coal Co., Ltd. owed 65 workers a total of 960,000 yuan in labor compensation from March to December 2019. On January 19, 2020, the Lvliang City Human Resources and Social Security Bureau issued a "Labor Security Supervision Period Rectification Instruction" against the company in accordance with the law. The company failed to fulfill the deadline and the company's person in charge Lv Xingyu fled.

  On February 14, 2020, the Luliang Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau transferred the case to the public security organ for investigation and punishment on suspicion of refusing to pay labor remuneration.   After investigation, AVIC Great Wall Dadi Construction Engineering Group Fuyang Engineering Co., Ltd. owed 79 laborers a total of 1.624 million yuan in labor compensation in the construction of the Shangjie Capital Project in Lixing Town. On January 3, 2020, the Taihe County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau issued the "Labor Security Supervision Time Limit Rectification Instruction" to the company and its person in charge, Yang Guojun, in accordance with the law, and neither the company nor Yang Guojun fulfilled the deadline.

  After investigation, Fuzhou Yibaihan Decoration Design Engineering Co., Ltd. owed 102 laborers a total of 1.096 million yuan in labor compensation from July 2019 to January 2020. 5. Shandong Province investigated the case of Qingdao Zhuyi Architectural Decoration Design Co., Ltd. in arrears of labor remuneration

  After investigation, Qingdao Zhuyi Architectural Decoration Design Co., Ltd. owed a total of 1.154 million yuan in labor compensation to 77 workers during the construction of the Tai'an Runying Meilu project.   After investigation, Hubei Yuhai Construction Labor Service Co., Ltd. owed 76 laborers a total of 1.373 million yuan in labor compensation from July to December 2019 in the construction of the second phase of the Huanggang Jiasheng Real Estate Development Company. On December 20, 2019, the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Huangzhou District, Huanggang City issued a "Labor Security Supervision Time Limit Rectification Instruction" against the company in accordance with the law, and the company failed to implement it after the deadline.

  After investigation, Chaling County C&D Construction Engineering Labor Subcontracting Co., Ltd. owed 45 laborers a total of 1.242 million yuan in labor remuneration from February to December 2019 in the construction project of Hengda Linxi County in Hetang District, Zhuzhou City. On April 24, 2020, the Zhuzhou Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau issued the "Labor Security Supervision Time Limit Rectification Instruction" against the company in accordance with the law, and the company failed to implement it after the deadline.

  On May 22, 2020, Zhuzhou City Human Resources and Social Security Bureau transferred the case to the public security organ for investigation and punishment on suspicion of refusing to pay labor remuneration. Currently, the case is under investigation.

8. Guangdong Province investigated and dealt with the case of arrears of labor remuneration by Beijing Yanhua Engineering Construction Co., Ltd.

  On November 15, 2019, the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Gaolan Port District, Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province received clues about the transfer of the case from the relevant departments, reflecting that the Zhonggu Petrochemical (Zhuhai) Group Co., Ltd. project has a problem of owed labor remuneration to laborers.

  After investigation, Beijing Yanhua Engineering Construction Co., Ltd. is undertaking 4 intermediate tank farm construction projects, including the 5 million tons/year heavy oil comprehensive utilization optimization and adjustment project of Dayue Bay Petrochemical (Zhuhai) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Zhonggu Petrochemical (Zhuhai) Group Co., Ltd. In the project, a total of 14.7358 million yuan was owed to 425 workers. On December 6, 2019, the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Gaolan Port District, Zhuhai City issued a "Labor Security Supervision and Rectification Order within a Time Limit" to Beijing Yanhua Engineering Construction Co., Ltd. in accordance with the law, and the company paid 289 workers labor compensation of RMB 8.3155 million , 136 workers still owed labor compensation of 6,420,300 yuan.

  On January 15, 2020, the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Gaolan Port District, Zhuhai City transferred the case to the public security organ for investigation and investigation on suspicion of refusing to pay labor remuneration.   On March 30, 2020, the Xindu District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau transferred the case to the public security organ for investigation and punishment on suspicion of refusing to pay labor remuneration. On May 9, the company paid all the outstanding labor remuneration.

X. Qinghai Province investigated and dealt with the case of arrears of labor remuneration by Henan Baoyuan Construction Engineering Co., Ltd.
