The 35th navy escort formation completes the first domestic supply of supplies

  The Gulf of Aden, July 24, Jiangshan and Zhou Guangrong reported: On July 24, in a certain sea area in the Gulf of Aden, the integrated supply ship Chaohu successively carried out sea replenishment to the guided missile destroyer Taiyuan ship and the guided missile frigate Jingzhou ship. Three warships in 35 escort formations have all completed material replenishment.

  With the assistance of our support base in Djibouti, the formation relies on domestic material financing channels and adopts cold chain technology to organize materials forward. The Chaohu ship berthed at the Djibouti port terminal from July 22 to 23, replenishing dozens of tons of food and other materials transferred from domestic merchant ships to the ship.

  "On the arrival of August 1st Army Day, we supplied fresh vegetables and fruits from the motherland in Djibouti. This is the most heartwarming holiday gift." Li Xiaowen, squad leader and technician of the Chaohu ship supply equipment, and his comrades braved the scorching sun to carry supplies.

  In response to this replenishment, the formation carefully analyzed the epidemic situation in the Gulf of Aden area, scientifically selected the replenishment time, location, and method, and was responsible for the division and positioning of key links such as the pilot's boarding and storage routes to ensure the safe and smooth replenishment.

  It is reported that the formation has been fighting continuously on the escort route since it set sail on April 28, and has completed 12 batches of 25 ships' escort missions.
