One week before its Coupe de la Ligue final against Paris SG, Lyon won with difficulty (3-2) its last preparation match, Friday on the lawn of Antwerp (Belgian D1).

This is the third consecutive victory for the Lyonnais in a preparation match, after those obtained on Saturday against Celtic Glasgow (2-1) and on Wednesday at La Gantoise (3-2). Three successes that allow us to forget the 2-0 defeat against Glasgow Rangers for their third friendly of preparation.

From Anthony Lopes in goals to Memphis Depay and Moussa Dembélé at the forefront of the attack, through Bruno Guimaraes in the middle, the 11 Lyon had everything the typical team.

The Rhone club scored on its first strong point, with a header from Moussa Dembélé upon receipt of a cross deflected by Jason Denayer (1-0, 25th).

OL doubled the stake at the very end of the first period on a counter-camp as unfortunate as awkward from Abdoulaye Seck, lonely in the area and who slipped when clearing the ball (2-0, 44th) .Memphis Depay offered the 3-0 goal to Maxwel Cornet upon returning from the locker room (48th), allowing the Lyonnais to take off.

But, at the end of the game, they again showed defensive fragility and conceded a sixth and a seventh goals in four preparation matches, by the former Monegasque Dieumerci Mbokani (71st) then by the Portuguese Aurelio Buta (79th) .

Lyon did not reassure as serious things begin now for the club, which will face Paris SG in the final of the Coupe de la Ligue next Friday, then will play its eighth-final second leg of the Champions League in Turin on August 7. , after their 1-0 first leg victory over Juventus.
