For immigrants whose destination is Shanghai, have a fixed place of residence in Shanghai, and meet the conditions of home isolation health observation (that is, the quarantined object is one household, one person or one household, or the co-resident promises to stay at home together), if they Apply for home isolation and take samples for nucleic acid testing on the 5th day of the centralized isolation health observation. For immigrants destined for the three provinces of Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui, sampling and nucleic acid testing will be carried out on the 5th day of the centralized isolation health observation. For immigrants destined for other provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities outside Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui, a 14-day centralized quarantine health observation will be implemented in Shanghai.
At the same time, Shanghai will continue to adopt humane management measures to uniformly treat the elderly, minors, pregnant women, people with disabilities, elderly or children in need of care, and basic diseases who are not suitable for centralized isolation.
