"There is a likelihood of emergencies associated with disruption of energy facilities, communications, housing and communal services, life support systems of the population, all types of transport, flooding of low areas in the Chelyabinsk region, Ingushetia, Kabardino-Balkaria, North Ossetia-Alania, Chechnya", - TASS cites the message of the press service of the Ministry of Emergencies.
The Emergencies Ministry also predicts thunderstorms, hail and increased wind in Buryatia, Bashkiria, Tatarstan, Dagestan, Samara and Orenburg regions.
Forecasters also warned of a high fire hazard in the Ulyanovsk region.
