"Today, a bill has been submitted to the State Duma, which proposes to extend the provisions of the dacha amnesty for five years - until March 1, 2026," RIA Novosti reports.

As one of the authors of the initiative, the head of the committee Pavel Krasheninnikov, noted, the “dacha amnesty” has been in effect for almost 14 years and during this time it has allowed citizens to register rights to more than 13 million real estate objects in a simplified manner.

In the fall, tax breaks for summer residents came into force in Russia. According to them, the owners of garden or vegetable garden plots who are not in partnerships are exempted from income taxes.
