22 members of a terrorist cell were detained in Russia

“22 people from among its leaders and rank-and-file participants were detained,” the FSB's Public Relations Center (DSP) reported.

It is noted that the special operation was carried out with the participation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the National Guard.

It was established that the members of the cell called for the commission of crimes of a terrorist nature, the recruitment and transfer of recruits to the war zones, and the financing of terrorists in Syria. 

Earlier it was reported that investigators opened a criminal case after the liquidation of four militants of the "Islamic State" * in Kabardino-Balkaria, the press service of the regional Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee reported.
