Tried to tighten ropes across the bike path - young people were discovered

On Tuesday evening, the police in Karlskrona were alerted to Verkö where the public saw three young people trying to set up a rope over a cycle path at Verkö. As they were discovered, they were interrupted and disappeared.

No one is suspected of the incident and the police urge the public to be aware if there are more ropes set up over cycle paths or roadways.

Earlier this summer, a similar incident occurred where a thick rope was stretched over the roadway on Borgmästarekajen in Karlskrona and over a cycle path in Nättraby.
