"In the criminal case against Mikhail Efremov, a preliminary hearing has been scheduled for July 29, 2020, at 11:00," RIA Novosti quoted the court's press service as saying.
On June 8, in the center of Moscow, Efremov drove into the oncoming lane and crashed into a van.
As a result of the accident, the driver of the van died in the hospital. As the examination showed, Efremov was drunk. He was arrested.
The prosecutor's office approved the indictment in the case of Efremov.
On July 22, it became known that Yefremov's case had been submitted to a Moscow court.
