The man was said to have been detained during a campaign to wipe out terrorist organizations in eastern Afghanistan, but he did not say that he had been involved in the incident in the investigations so far.
Also, apart from this man, the whereabouts of two men are also being investigated.
Authorities detained four other men after the incident, but had released them all by the end of the month, saying there was no evidence to support their involvement in the incident.
