Russia and Turkey stressed in a meeting on the Libyan situation the necessity of adopting a political solution to the crisis and encouraging dialogue, just as Algeria stressed - in the words of its foreign minister - that there is agreement on the need to accelerate the ceasefire to make way for the political track.

The Turkish and Russian foreign ministries announced the results of the meetings of the Turkish and Russian delegations on Libya, as a joint statement issued by the two parties included points, most notably encouraging the Libyan parties to provide the conditions for a permanent and sustainable ceasefire, and ensuring progress in the political dialogue between the Libyan parties in coordination with the United Nations, and proportionately With the outputs of the Berlin conference on Libya.

He called on both countries to take all necessary measures to ensure the safe delivery of humanitarian aid to those in need in Libya, to assess the formation of a joint working group on Libya, and to conduct the following consultations as soon as possible in Moscow.

The statement also stressed that there is no military solution to the crisis in Libya, and a settlement can only be achieved with a political path facilitated by the United Nations, with the leadership and responsibility of the Libyans themselves, and the need to "continue combating terrorists and terrorist frameworks in Libya", in accordance with the decisions of the UN Security Council.

Compromise
