The notice clearly stated that disabled persons should apply for a renewal of their certificates to the retired military affairs department of the people's government at the county level with their old certificates and personal photos. In order not to affect the disabled persons' enjoyment of preferential treatment such as transportation and tourism according to the regulations, the renewal of the certificate will be carried out by replacing the old certificate with the new one.
