Based on the observation that Brittany today lacks leaders and that the generation of emblematic leaders has aged, representatives of civil society and business leaders have created this training which is ambitious and innovative. The first promotion, made up of twenty students who already have a bac +3, will settle in the premises of the Antoine-de-Saint-Exupéry school group, in Rennes. Called B5, in reference to the five Breton departments, this free training is also a pious wish, as underlined by one of its founding members, Aziliz Gouez, former pen of the President of Ireland and currently stationed at Ubisoft International: “We need to get out of the metropolitan model and not focus everything on Nantes, Rennes or Brest. Our strength is also based on a balanced network of medium and small towns in the heart of the countryside ”
