The Interior Ministry has decided to bring three other prisoners from the terrorist organization ETA to prisons around the Basque Country. The inmates will go from Córdoba, Cáceres and Seville to the Logroño , Soria and Dueñas-La Moraleja ( Palencia ) penitentiary centers .

This is Gorka Vidal Álvaro , one of the ETA members arrested when he was transporting a van with more than 500 kilos of explosives, in March 2004. The death caravan was intercepted by the Civil Guard in Cañaveras (Cuenca). ETA intended to attack her in Madrid. Vidal will be transferred from Córdoba to the Logroño prison.

This ETA member entered prison on March 4, 2004 and has a 20-year sentence for collaboration with the armed gang, possession of weapons and havoc. Interior assures that the ETA member served three quarters of the sentence in February 2019, accepted prison law and participates in scheduled activities.

The General Secretariat of Penitentiary Institutions has resolved to progress it to the second degree and, at the proposal of the Córdoba Treatment Board, assign it to the Logroño Penitentiary Center.

Another of those approached is Miguel Guillermo San Argimiro 'Isasa' , from Cáceres to Soria. He entered prison on May 19, 2002 and is serving a 25-year sentence for havoc, armed gang, robbery, and exaltation of terrorism. He will serve three-quarters of the sentence in February 2021. The Cáceres Treatment Board has proposed his progression to the second degree and transfer to a center close to his family relationship.

The third of the ETA members is Íñigo Vallejo Franco , who will travel from the Penitentiary Center of Seville-II to that of Dueñas-La Moraleja (Palencia). He entered prison on October 17, 2013 and is serving a sentence of 28 years, six months and one day for membership in a terrorist organization, injuries, possession of explosives and falsification of a public document.

Interior ensures that it has accepted prison law and has sent a letter stating that it recognizes the pain caused, showing empathy with the victims.
