The British Daily Star has rated the world's top 10 midfield soccer players today.

The Brazilian superstar Casemiro was crowned Real Madrid's best midfielder in the world of the witch now round against Bayern Munich's Joshua Kimmich.

Casemiro, 28, arrived in Los Blancos in 2013 and has since become an integral part of Real Madrid's starting line-up.

The Brazilian midfielder helped crown the Royal with 14 championships, including 4 Champions League titles.

The Daily Star said Casemiro was the most important player in the Real even now, even before Sergio Ramos and goalmaker Karim Benzema.

Although Kimmich (25 years old) is considered one of the best in the world in the right-back position, he distinguished himself as a midfielder in Bayern Munich and contributed to crowning him the domestic league and cup title this season.

Thomas Barty, 27, ranked third after starring Atletico Madrid, followed by the Brazilian superstar and playmaker Liverpool Fabienho, 26, and then the Spanish national team and Manchester City team Rodrigo Hernandez (24 years).
