It was during Midsummer's Eve that the man drove a motorboat so under the influence of alcohol that he ran aground.

Sampling shows that the alcohol concentration was 1.02 milligrams per liter in the exhaled air. This corresponds to just over 2 per mille of alcohol in the blood. The limit for gross sea intoxication is 0.5 milligrams per liter of exhaled air.

The man has confessed to the crime.
