“Naturally, this is so,” the diplomat said, answering the relevant question.
He stressed that Tehran will consult with Moscow on strengthening its defense capabilities.
“The Russian government and the Russian people have been and remain by our side in difficult times. In this regard, Russia is a priority partner for us, ”Jalali added.
As it became known earlier, Russian and Iranian Foreign Ministers Sergei Lavrov and Mohammad Javad Zarif will hold talks in Moscow on July 21.
The topics of the meeting will be bilateral relations and Syria, as well as the JCPOA.
