Europe now on the rise. Weak Wall Street

Wall Street opens little move, with the Dow Jones rising slightly while in Europe the stock exchanges seem more convinced in a solution on the Recovery Fund that has been discussed for days. Milan rises by 1.11%, the best in Europe, Frankfurt + 0.76%, Paris + 0.4% while London gives 0.25%. Banking stocks are led by bank stocks, in particular Ubi which jumps by 14% and Bpm + 6%. Atlantia and Poste Italiane also rose by over 5%. The spread is 155 basis points, down 8 basis points, the euro remains above 1.14 against the dollar.
