The Minister of State for Entrepreneurship and Small and Medium Enterprises, Chairman of the UAE Space Agency, Dr. Ahmed bin Abdullah Hamid Belhoul Al Falasi, said that the launch of the probe of hope confirms the approach and aspirations of the UAE and the directions of rational leadership in order to compete on the most important global sectors and wager on their children’s arms in overcoming the greatest challenges.
Al Falasi asserted in a speech on the occasion of launching the "Probe of Hope" to Mars - .. that this Emirati Arab achievement stands behind a wise leadership with a forward-looking vision represented by the directives of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State "may God protect him" and the care and support of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and the approach of the UAE to build the person who builds factories and installations, which was said by the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, "May God rest his soul," was adopted by the wise leadership, and he followed in his approach the people of the Emirates in word and deed.
He added that the UAE always competes by entering the difficult sectors that need high challenges such as the renewable energy sector, the nuclear energy sector and the space exploration sector, which increases the interests of young people and makes them into continuous giving and increases their capabilities and efforts.
He said that the period of preparation for the Probe of Hope - 6 years - which is standard and successful compared to any similar projects for it, which reflects that the UAE is always looking for continuous development and cultivating hope, stressing that the UAE has become a country with its place in the refineries of global space agencies, through repeated achievements It achieves its large and high capabilities in all fields that serve humanity and the world in order to transform Zayed's dream of reaching space and translated the dream into reality.
He pointed out that the Arab astronauts initiative is a call to turn hope into action, considering that launching the probe of hope today is not only to inspire and motivate Arabs and Arab youth, but rather is a historical achievement by turning the dream into reality, and this achievement tells those who have passion and accept the challenge that there is an opportunity to participate.
