A young man was arrested Thursday evening in Vaulx-en-Velin (Rhône) for having outraged police officers. Rebellious during his arrest, this Vaudais of 20 years would have, according to the police, prompted a group of young people to come and free him. The respondent then allegedly punched the nose of a police officer, one day causing ITT. But that's not all since the young man was found in possession of 13 cartridges of 6.35 mm caliber (category B).

Simulating discomfort after being taken to the police station, he tried to escape from there, after slapping a police officer. The search of his home at the same time led to the discovery of 37 other cartridges of the same caliber, 95 g of cannabis resin and a taser flashlight.

Placed in police custody and interviewed by investigators from the Urban Security Brigade (BSU), the respondent admitted to having outraged the police and attempted to escape, but he denied the violence against them, as well as the rebellion. Presented to the public prosecutor's office on Saturday for insults and violence against a person holding public authority, rebellion and incitement to rebellion, this Vaudais with 14 criminal records was imprisoned.
