A young man was arrested Thursday evening in Vaulx-en-Velin (Rhône) for having outraged police officers. Rebellious during his arrest, this Vaudais of 20 years would have, according to the police, prompted a group of young people to come and free him. Placed in police custody and interviewed by investigators from the Urban Security Brigade (BSU), the respondent admitted to having outraged the police and attempted to escape, but he denied the violence against them, as well as the rebellion. Presented to the public prosecutor's office on Saturday for insults and violence against a person holding public authority, rebellion and incitement to rebellion, this Vaudais with 14 criminal records was imprisoned.
