The investigation was able to establish that "the victim is a resident of the city of Saratov, born in 1987, previously convicted of robbery."
“Four years ago, relatives appealed to law enforcement authorities with a statement about his unknown disappearance. Throughout this time, the location of the man was not known, ”the report said.
According to preliminary data, “the criminal, having committed the murder, dismembered the victim’s body, packed it in plastic bags and left it in a wasteland near the banks of the Volga River.”
Earlier it was reported that in the Moscow region a criminal case was opened in connection with the discovery of the body of an unidentified elderly woman in a suitcase in Sergiev Posad.
