After his announcements concerning salary measures, the Minister of Health, Olivier Véran must speak again on Tuesday. The president of the French Hospital Federation, Frédéric Valletoux, still has a lot of expectations.

INTERVIEW

The "Ségur de la santé" negotiations culminated a few days ago in a plan to upgrade the paramedical and non-medical professions. Among the measures: an increase in net monthly wages of 180 euros, 15,000 hires including 7,500 job creations and an overhaul of the salary scales. New announcements are to be made on Tuesday by the Minister of Health, Olivier Véran.

"The question of wages and attractiveness was settled last week, at least in part. We must now deal with questions of funding and organization of care," argues Frédéric Valletoux, president of the Hospital Federation of France (FHF), guest of Europe 1 Sunday.
