“On July 18, in the year 72, Rafail Zakirov, the honored military pilot of Russia, passed away.
The department added that Zakirov was the creator of aviation EMERCOM of Russia.
It is noted that in 1995 he headed the Aviation Administration of the Russian Emergencies Ministry and personally tested all the planes accepted to the balance of the Ministry.
According to a source surrounded by Zakirov, he will be buried on July 21 at the Mytishchi Memorial Cemetery.
