The author of the article claims that several weeks ago a record heat was observed in Siberia, but the Russian side “considers climate change as a blessing.”

The article says that Russia plans to take advantage of climate change, primarily in the agricultural sector.

“These so-called advantages are one-sided, since they will give Russia another potential weapon in its arsenal of hybrid warfare: wheat,” the article says.

According to American journalists, by 2028 Russia will be able to control 20% of world grain exports. In their view, Russia may limit grain exports for political purposes.
