His Highness approved the results of the Dubai Government Employee Happiness Index study for 2019, and the electronic platform that includes the results of the index for all government agencies, and is being conducted by the Dubai Government Excellence Program of the General Secretariat of the Executive Council in Dubai, where the average employee happiness rate came at 85%, and the highest happiness rate reached Employees at 97.1%.
His Highness directed the Crown Prince of Dubai to share the final reports of each government agency to work immediately to take advantage of its contents in programs and initiatives that reflect on improving institutional happiness, including employee happiness. A report on the results of the study is also provided to each government agency, in addition to a comprehensive report at the level of the Dubai government to be submitted to the Executive Council and the Human Resources Department of the Government of Dubai, within the sector reports issued by the evaluation of the government system of excellence, to benefit from it in developing initiatives and policies for human resources at the level of the Dubai government .
