July 19, 2020 "Nonna Angelica". A reassuring nickname behind which an astute swindler hid. Milan police officers arrested and reported a 72-year-old Italian, serial fraudster, with a history of false documents, identity theft and scams against foreigners.

To fall into the plots of "Nonna Angelica" were mainly migrants. She introduced herself as an official of the prefecture and taking advantage of the need for documents and the poor knowledge of the Italian language, she promised to solve all the practices in a short time.

To trigger the investigation a Senegalese who had submitted a request to the offices of the municipality to swear and become an Italian citizen in all respects. The prefectoral authorization presented by the 36 year old, employed indefinitely in a workshop in Milan, however, was clearly false. The Senegalese then began to tell about this short, corpulent and very convincing woman ", whom one of his countrymen had presented him as a prefect official. To the false official he had paid about 2 thousand euros for his documents.

After various stalking the agents arrived at the woman. The "angelic" swindler was surprised while trying to deceive another victim. "Nonna Angelica" was reported on the loose for fraud. With her she had three phones headed for the name and the accounting documents of several payments received from his victims.
