The Community Contributions Authority - Together announced the launch of the third session of the Ma'an Social Incubator titled "Family Cohesion" to encourage social entrepreneurs to find innovative solutions that enhance the values ​​of family cohesion and cohesion in Abu Dhabi, noting that the determination of the topic "Family Cohesion" by the Department of Development Society in Abu Dhabi was considered as one of the most important social challenges due to the high rates of divorce, as the third session of the social incubator aims to strengthen family relations and establish bonds of intimacy and love between parents, children and relatives of different age groups in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi to embody the importance of family values ​​in society.


The third session of the social incubator will provide a platform to enhance family cohesion and establish the principles of effective communication between family members in facing family differences, highlighting the importance of family values ​​and the cohesion of their social and psychological fabric, in addition to developing ways to deal with children, to overcome their problems and obstacles, to reach Building a stable and conscious family.


The incubator supports the ten winning teams by providing a 90-day training program to hone their skills and transform their ideas into sustainable projects that enhance the system of values ​​and culture supporting family cohesion in order to build a stable family.
The social bumper offers at its third session more than two million dirhams to finance start-up projects, to invest them by providing the basic resources needed from workspaces, training and mentoring, under the supervision of a group of specialists in the field of business and investment. Where the body "Ma'an" is preparing to launch the third session of the social incubator, after the success of the previous two sessions that focused on people of determination and promoting mental health.


The social incubator aims to enable social innovation and develop entrepreneurship through training programs for the duration of each program 90 days, to encourage talented social entrepreneurs who want to serve the community to find innovative solutions that positively reflect on the lives of the emirate's residents.
The head of the Department of Community Development, Dr. Mugheer Khamis Al-Khaili, said: “The results of the quality of life questionnaire in the first session of 2018 reflected the existence of good social relations and communication within the family and the social support network consisting of relatives and friends among the residents of Abu Dhabi by 84% of the respondents who own and own Social support network, a slight difference from the average percentage of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development 89%, which reflects the quality of life and the strength of relations between members of the Abu Dhabi community. For its part, the Director General of the Ma'an Authority, Salama Al-Amimi, indicated: "The results of the report of the Statistics Center in Abu Dhabi showed that the rate of divorces is constantly increasing, while noting a steady increase in the annual rate, where the latest statistics of the center revealed that 28.5% of marriages ended in divorce.
