The General Authority for Islamic Affairs and Endowments and the National Authority for Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Management announced the reopening of the chapels in commercial centers and towers starting tomorrow, with a capacity of no more than 30% with the application of all precautionary and preventive measures.

The announcement coincides with the partial easing of restrictions on movement and the pursuit of a gradual return to normality.

The two bodies stressed the need for the worshipers to adhere to the precautionary measures previously announced, coinciding with the opening of mosques, noting the commitment to apply physical distance between the worshipers by leaving a safety distance of two meters between each worshiper and in places of ablution, and not to gather and shake hands in all their forms, in addition to sterilizing hands Continuously before coming to the prayer room, and committing to wearing a muzzle when attending the prayer.

The worshipers are obliged to read the Qur’an through the electronic Qur’an, to use the single-use prayer rug that will be provided in the chapels, and to confirm the necessity of downloading the chapels to apply the "fort" on their smartphones.

The ablution places will be sterilized after being used by every worshiper, and the prayers will be sterilized after each prayer, and closed until the next prayer.
