  Rainstorm Yellow Warning: It is estimated that from 08:00 on July 19 to 08:00 on 20 July, some areas in the southeast of the northeast, southeast of Tibet, central and northern Yunnan, southeast of Guizhou, northwest of Guangxi, western and northern Jiangnan, central and southern Jianghuai have Heavy rains, including heavy rains (100-150 mm) in parts of southeastern Jilin, eastern Liaoning, and southern Anhui. Some of the above-mentioned areas are accompanied by short-term heavy precipitation (maximum hourly rainfall of 30-50 mm, and the local area can exceed 70 mm), and there are strong convective weather such as thunderstorms and strong winds.

  High temperature yellow warning: It is expected that during the daytime on July 19, there will be high temperature above 35℃ in central and eastern South China, southeastern Jiangnan, northern Xinjiang, western Inner Mongolia and eastern Sichuan. Among them, central and southern Zhejiang, Fujian, eastern Jiangxi and southwest, Some areas in northeastern and southwestern Guangdong, southwestern Guangxi, northern Hainan Island, northern Xinjiang, etc. have a temperature of 37-39°C, and localities can reach above 40°C.
