Ukraine: city invaded by giant cockroaches never seen in those parts

In Čerkasy, a city in central Ukraine, local media tell of entire buildings invaded by gigantic cockroaches, whose length reaches 5 centimeters. A species that in those parts swear they have never seen: the endemic cockroaches of that area are much smaller. The condominiums say that the insects leave their shelters around eleven in the evening and make their raids, instilling terror in the inhabitants of the building.
