The department noted that the issue of "closing the airspace over eastern Ukraine and the regions adjacent to the conflict zone" will be considered.

As specified in the prosecutor's office, this is not a judicial investigation, it is conducted separately from the criminal process.

Earlier, the Dutch prosecutor Theis Berger said that Ukraine did not provide primary data from radars. According to him, Kiev said that "no primary radar data was recorded, since the radar was not working at that moment."
