A victory without shining: Paris SG outrageously dominated (7-0) the club of Waasland-Beveren, recent last of the championship of Belgium, Friday in a friendly match, but the Parisian club did not display the confidence expected in a month of the "Final 8" of the Champions League.
In front of several thousand supporters gathered at the Parc des Princes, Paris SG had lined up their stars for this particular format match, made of four 30-minute quarters: Neymar, Kylian Mbappé, Mauro Icardi but also Thiago Silva and Marco Verratti, substitutes during the recovery of Parisians in Le Havre last week.
But, if the club of the capital was not worried defensively by a club which will evolve next year in Belgian D2, its offensive stars lacked cutting edge and realism, like Icardi missing two goals while facts.
