The Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship has announced that the 30-day deadline for holders of permits and entry visas ending to leave the country can be extended once, an additional month.

The authority had granted a month deadline (starting from the 12th of this month to August 11th), for those whose visit or tourism visas expired, after the first of last March, by adjusting their conditions and leaving the country without applying any fines to them.

It also granted a period of three months to renew the identity card and residency ended after the first of March, while it was given a month to renew the residence of residents residing abroad, calculated from the date of their arrival in the country.
And based on the cabinet’s decision, the authority began resuming its services to customers, starting yesterday, and collecting the fees due for providing services, to ensure the proper functioning of the work, and the quality of the level of services provided.
