  The “Beijing Implementation Measures for the Training of Senior Citizen Service Talents” (draft for soliciting opinions) clearly stipulates that “senior service talents” refer to senior care workers, professional technicians, senior management personnel engaged in senior care services in various senior care service agencies in this city, and Evaluators of family caregivers and comprehensive assessment agencies for the capabilities of the elderly.

  Among them, the state recruits fresh graduates of Beijing Shengyuan or ordinary colleges and universities and middle and high vocational schools in Beijing area and previous graduates within one year of graduation, and enters the municipal pension service institutions to engage in full-time pension service work. A one-time entry award will be issued in three years after the year, with a standard of 60,000 yuan for undergraduate and above, 50,000 yuan for junior college (higher vocational), and 40,000 yuan for secondary vocational school.

  For senior care workers engaged in front-line nursing work in nursing posts in pension institutions, monthly rewards for front-line care services will be paid, with a subsidy of 1,000 yuan per person per month.   According to the "Draft for Comment", the training of elder care service personnel is carried out through vocational skills training, professional technical training, and practical training of elder care service bases.   The training time for senior nursing staff, professional technicians, and management personnel to improve their abilities is not less than 24 hours. After obtaining the training completion certificate, training subsidies will be given to training institutions at a standard of 900 yuan/person.

  The "Draft for Comments" also proposes that the civil affairs bureaus of all districts should integrate existing training resources or use their own stock facilities to create a training base for senior care service talents and undertake the training tasks for senior care services in the district. All kinds of qualified colleges, social training institutions and old-age service organizations can apply to become training bases for old-age services.

  The overall area of ​​the training base for old-age service is in principle not less than 300 square meters, which should include no less than three theoretical classrooms, practical classrooms or laboratories. The theoretical classroom should accommodate at least 100 people to teach at the same time. The training room or laboratory should be renovated and furnished according to the characteristics of home care services.

  For the false reporting of the number of subsidies, false reporting of subsidy funds and other fraudulent activities of the pension service institutions and training institutions, the "Exposure Draft" pointed out that if verified, the training qualification is cancelled, the relevant subsidies are recovered, and the pension service integrity is entered. system.
