Incompetence and ignorance of the subject were called signs of a poor teacher by 14% of respondents, formalism and dislike of children - 12% of respondents.

At the same time, a quarter of school teachers are sure that professionalism, competence and knowledge of their subject matter, characterizes a good teacher.

In second place among the qualities of a good teacher is love and respect for children and their profession (17% of respondents say so).

Teaching talent is considered the main sign of a good teacher by 10% of respondents, the flexibility and mobility of a teacher - 9%.

Friendliness and a sense of humor consider 8% of respondents to be a necessary quality.

The survey results published in June showed that more than half of teachers (57%) are going to continue to work with students in the summer.
