July 16, 2020 The ordinance signed today by the Minister of Health Roberto Speranza provides for the blocking of air flights, trains and all other means of transport for the connection to and from Serbia, Montenegro and Kosovo, the three countries added to the list of those at risk of the pandemic from Covid-19, which already included 13 nations.

Currently, the stop therefore concerns 16 countries: Armenia, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Brazil, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Chile, Kuwait, North Macedonia, Moldova, Oman, Panama, Peru, Dominican Republic, Serbia, Montenegro and Kosovo.

"I have signed a new ordinance that adds Serbia, Montenegro and Kosovo to the list of countries at risk." Health Minister Roberto Speranza announces it on Fb. "Those who have been in the last 14 days in these territories - said Speranza - have a ban on entry and transit in Italy. The epidemic is in the hardest phase in the world. We need maximum caution to defend the progress we have made so far" .
